SEGUINDO SONHOS (follow the dreams) was initiated in the beginning of 2008. The group is mainly aiming to interpret songs, which help the postwar youth of the same age to find its role within the Mozambican society and to respect cultural values. The group is composed of four 13-year-old teenager, who started their career in a time when many singers strive to earn money with meaningless songs. In those songs girls are considered to be sexual objects what makes it even more difficult to struggle against HIV/AIDS and sexual abuse of minors.

SEGUINDO SONHOS is seeking for cooperation with organizations at home and abroad to reach a broad public and support initiative of elucidation. Already in its first year the band is producing 3 albums: one pop music album based on Mozambican rhythms, one gospel album and a Christmas song compilation. Several known national and international musicians are participating like Mabulu, Edu K, Azagaia and Rebecca Malope. In 2009 the group is going to perform in several German cities and workshops are planned in schools to tell about Mozambican teenager's life.
